The Northern Beaches feature some of the city's most dramatic locations for weddings in Sydney. From the long stretches of golden sand, pristine water, awesome clifftop views, and nearby national parks, this area is a wedding photographers dream.

The Whale Beach Rockpool, above, is a spectacular location for your wedding photography, especially if you've just had your ceremony nearby at Jonah's Boutique Hotel like this couple did.
Long Reef Golf Club, pictured above, is located right beside the water at Fishermans Beach, at the foot of Long Reef Point. This proud father had just started walking his daughter down the aisle as the eagerly awaiting guests were captured in the windows of the golf club.
Little Manly is the perfect mix of quiet beach, harbour views, nearby bushland, and is one of our favourite northern beaches wedding venues.
The image above was taken in the bushland near Palm Beach. One of the benefits of almost all northern beaches wedding venues is that there they often have a nearby park available to compliment the wedding photos taken right along the beach.
One half of our studio grew up along the Northern Beaches, so we're both very familiar with the area. We've spent time living along the northern beaches as children and adults, so we know of some amazing locations for your wedding photos, including some hidden gems off the beaten track. We're familiar with how best to light an outdoor wedding ceremony in the bright sun on the sand, we have weather-proof gear and we don't mind getting ultra-close to the water and waves, and we've been photographing weddings along the Northern Beaches for more than seven years.
Some of our favourite wedding venues and ceremony locations along the Northern Beaches are Shelly Beach Boathouse, Long Reef Golf Club, The Boathouse Palm Beach, Jonah's, Milestone Events, Freshwater View Reserve, Mona Vale Headland, Snapperman Beach Reserve, and Moby Dicks Whale Beach.
Some of our favourite photo locations for your bridal party and couple portraits along the Northern Beaches are Long Reef Headland, Turrimetta Beach, Little Manly Beach and Little Manly Point Park, North Head, Narrabeen Ocean Pool, the rock pool and lookout at Freshwater Beach, Curl Curl Boardwalk, Newport rockpool, Whale Beach, and Mckay Reserve near Palm Beach.
